No purchase or payment of any kind necessary to enter for a chance to win. A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning. The sweepstakes is open to legal residents of all 50 states including the District of Columbia, except Alabama, Rhode Island, Vermont, and California, who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry and will be governed by United States law. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions which are final and binding in all matters related to this sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements as set forth herein.

Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of Sponsor, Sponsor’s agents, Sponsor’s advertising/promotion agencies, and alcoholic beverage licensees including their parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, and the immediate family members of the foregoing employees, officers, directors, and representatives residing in the same household (collectively, the “Released Parties”) are not eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes. By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor.

Entry into The Quaff ON! Brewing Company LLC Outdoor Adventure Sweepstakes (Sweepstakes) begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on 03/01/2023 (Start Date) and ends at 11:59:59 AM EST on 10/13/2023 (End Date) (Promotion Period).
HOW TO ENTER
There are two (2) ways to enter this Sweepstakes. Limit of one (1) entry per person regardless of method of entry. Entries submitted or completed by anyone other than the entrant are void. Sponsor will not verify to entrants the receipt of all entries. Entries made using an automated entry device of any kind will be automatically disqualified without notice. Eligible entries must be received by the close of the Promotion Period.

Upon confirmation of their age, participant will be directed to the registration form where they must completely enter their true and correct information in the required fields (required fields include: Full Name, Complete Mailing Address, Email Address, Phone Number & Opt-in to the Official Rules & Privacy Policy for the Promotion). Each eligible completed registration form received will earn one (1) Entry into the Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes Entry”).

SWEEPSTAKES DRAWING
Potential outdoor gear package winners will be selected in a random drawing to be held twice a month beginning April 2023 with final drawing held September 28, 2023 from among all eligible entries received by Administrator, whose decisions are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Winners of the outdoor gear packages will remain eligible for the Smuggler Transition mountain bike prize but no longer eligible for the outdoor gear prize packages. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
Potential Smuggler Transition mountain bike winner will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or around October 13 2023 from among all eligible entries received by Administrator whose decisions are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
Sponsor’s decisions as to the administration and operation of the sweepstakes and the selection of potential winners are final and binding in all matters related to the sweepstakes. An entrant is not a winner of any prize unless and until entrant’s eligibility and the potential winning entry has been verified and entrant has been notified that verification is complete. Sponsor will not accept screenshots or other evidence of winning in lieu of its validation process. Any entry that occurs after the system has failed for any reason deemed defective and is void and will not be honored.

CONDITIONS
Winner must be 21 years of age or older at time of entry. Sponsor need not inform you if you have earned an entry or not. There is a limit of one (1) Winner per household. All Federal, State, and local laws apply. Incomplete entries, entries generated by script, macro or other automated means, or entries which subvert the entry process, in the sole discretion of Sponsor, will not be eligible. All entries must be received during the Promotion Period to be eligible. Message and data rates may apply. The computer clock of the webmaster hosting the Sweepstakes is the official timekeeping device. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal or greater value or with a company check in the amount of the ARV for the Prize. If the actual value of the prize is less than the stated ARV, Winner is not entitled to the value of the difference. If requested, Winner must return to Sponsor a signed Affidavit of Eligibility and
Liability/Publicity Release. If Sponsor is unable to make contact with or receive personal confirmation from a Winner of being selected as a Winner within three (3) days from the first notification attempt, or if a Winner (i) fails to complete and return all requested documents by the date specified by the Sponsor, (ii) is found to be ineligible, or (iii) fails to comply with the Official Rules, the Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. The acceptance or use of the Prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use Winner’s name and address (city and state) for promotional purposes on a worldwide basis, and in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without notice or further compensation. All federal, state and other taxes are the responsibility of each Winner. Sponsor does not provide tax advice. Prizes awarded may not be exactly as shown or described. No substitutions are allowed and the Prize may not be transferred, conveyed or auctioned. All Prizes will be awarded unless

ENTRANT WARRANTY AND RELEASE
Each entrant warrants that he/she is eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes and has the legal capacity to agree to the terms of these Official Rules. Winner agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all liability, injuries, losses, or damages to any person (including death) or property, arising from or in connection with the awarding, receipt, use, and/or misuse of a prize or participation in any prize-related activity, and for any claims based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, trademark infringement, or any other intellectual property related cause of action.
LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY
Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, jumbled, incorrect, or inaccurate entries, whether caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes or by any human error. Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction(s) of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or other services, providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website including, without limitation, any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error(s) in administration of the Sweepstakes, or in the selection/announcement of the prize winners. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including, without limitation, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. Should the Sweepstakes be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, notice will be posted where Sponsor deems fit and the prizes will be awarded via random drawing from among all eligible Entries received up until and or after (if applicable) the time of modification, cancellation or termination, or in a manner that is fair and equitable as determined by Sponsor.All Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned to entrants. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with the mechanics or logistics of this Sweepstakes will be declared ineligible and may be prosecuted. Sponsor is not responsible for expired, lost, or stolen Prizes. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of being conducted as planned because of tampering, intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other reason (each an “Intervening Cause”), which affects the security, fairness, or proper execution of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to modify or cancel the Sweepstakes or otherwise award the Prizes through a drawing from all eligible entries received which, in Sponsor’s discretion, were not affected by the Intervening Cause. With regard to the Prize being awarded, Sponsor makes no express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Prize is awarded “As Is”. Sponsor is not responsible for any damage, malfunctions, missing parts or any other physical or mechanical flaws of Prize. Any photographs used are for illustrational purposes only and may differ from the actual Prize awarded. In the event that a court, or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction, shall hold any of the provisions of these Official Rules to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, such provisions shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes regarding this Sweepstakes shall be governed by Indiana State law and resolved in State or Federal court located in Marion County, Indiana. Any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred but in no event attorneys’ fees. Entrant waives any claim for punitive, incidental and consequential damages. BY PARTICIPATING, EACH ENTRANT UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT HE/SHE MAY BRING A CLAIM AGAINST THE RELEASED PARTIES ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS ONLY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION OR PROCEEDING.
